Informative Production Pannel PIP 2006 III

PIP2006-III includes 6 numeric displays to show the informations in real time with the production. The displays are positioned in 2 columns of 3 lines each.

The first display column shows the shift goals of:

• Production: objective (goal) of items to be produced - able to show values from 0 to 9999;
• Hourly Average: objective (goal) of items to be produced by hour - able to show values from 0 to 9999;
• Productivity: objective (goal) of productivity to be reached at the end of the shift. The productivity is the percentage of produced items according to the production goal - able to show values from 0 to 9999.

The second display column shows the shift goals of:

• Current Production: total of produced items until the moment - able to show values from 0 to 999999;
• Current Hourly Average: hourly average of produced items until the moment - able to show values from 0 to 999999;
• Current Productivity: is the percentage of produced items according to the production goal. Is also calculated at each hour - able to show values from 0 to 999999.
• The programing of data (objectives) is made by a computer connected to the pannel, which is connected to the machine by a sensor that counts the produced items. The calculation of hourly average and productivity are made automatically during the production process.
