Informative Production Pannel PIP 2006 I

PIP-I includes:

• Numeric Display to inform de production goal (Total) - able to show the numbers from 0 to 999999;
• Numeric Display to inform de production of ITEMS APPROVED by the quality control (Approved) - able to show values from 0 to 999999;
• Numeric Display to inform de production of ITEMS REJECTED by the quality control (Rejected) - able to show values from 0 to 999999.
• The dimensions of each display might be changed according to the client's needs and the programation of the information is made by a terminal, which includes:
• Liquid Cristal Display (LCD) of 2 lines x 16 characters;
• Numeric keyboard with the digits from 0 to 9 plus the buttons ENTER and CLEAR;
• Dimensions*: 190 x 115 x 60 mm.

The quality control of the items is informed to the pannel by a button installed next to the items exit and the pannel is connected to the machine by a sensor, which emits a signal for each item that is produced. The machine is turned off automatically when the programed items total is reached.
