Password Withdrawal Electronic System - PEIS

The PEIS is characterizated by a software and an equipment for management of public service through the availability of passwords to the users. The system organizes rows, disposing to the users a password that indicates through one or more electronic panels (according to the project peculiarities), the attendant to which they must be driven for service (Ex. : password S04 - attendant 18).

The emission of passwords obeys to a chronologic order, being able to will be subdivided by categories according to the peculiarities of the service and priorities such as: physical deficients, pregnant women, elderly,.. And by category of service: certificates, inscriptions, transference, revisions, emission of guides, informations, and others, according to the client's needs.

IMPLY supplies with this service system, a computer software that permits each attendant unit to perform the call of the next password, through the computer. Beyond that, supplies a program for the management and configuration of the system, that provides the generation of varied reports such as: statistics, number of services (total and per attendant), medium time of service by member of staff, maximum and medium times of wait, number of persons in the row, last password emitted, last password called, etc.

The IMPLY system foresees the possibility of cancellation, return or redirection of passwords and still can offer the following functionalities:

• preservation or capture of facts in case of communication breakdown or interruption with the administrative equipment;
• installation of optional software for system improvement;
• periodic updatings whenever a more recent version is developed;
• possibility of not utilization of the system, whenever this procedure becomes necessary;

The equipment consists of a pedestal with printer module for the emission of passwords, that contemplate date/hour of the password withdrawal. It contains:

• thermal printer;
• standard thermal reels (easily found in the market);
• guillotine to cut the paper;
• allimentation source of 100 to 240 VAC;
• buttons for the selection and withdrawal of passwords;
• possibility to configure 5 five kinds of different rows/passwords;
• identification of the service category in the password stub (example, certificates, transference, etc);
• pedestal with ergonomic characteristics;
• date and hour of the password emission.

And the electronic panels contain:

• visibility of the compatible characters with distances between installation and user;
• possibility of network connection with more panels;
• call sounds to alert the client that a new service is being initiated;
• LED with ELECTRONIC PANEL for disclosure of news and institutional information.
• Password visualization and attending service window with the hour of the password emission.
