MAESTRO WEB - Queue Management System
Customer service is a crucial factor in the success of a business. Therefore, Imply® developed the Maestro Web system to provide a greater control. The system organizes queues, providing to users a ticket with a password. And through displays, it is possible to see the password and the counter where they should go to be attended (Eg: password 04 - counter 18).
The passwords issuing follows a chronological order, with pre-classification by priorities (normal, preferential, disabled, pregnant women, elderly) and service categories (registration, transfer, duplicate, etc.) according to the client's requirements. It is possible to control the overall password order, or separately by category.
The Maestro Web Queue Management System is fast, does not require instalation, and works in any platform through the own browser. The software displays to operators several useful information, such as average waiting time and number of people in the queues. There are also other accessories such as birthdays of the week, and a chat to facilitate communication between supervisor and counters.
Maestro Web Client allows to call forward the next password from each clerk terminal. Also, there is the option of cancellation, return or redirect passwords. At the end of an operation, the operator classifies each service with a status: success, no-show or transfer to another queue.
And Maestro Web Manager registers the services in real time, with informations such as: the operator in each counter, status of each counter (free or in service), alarm tool (informs when the number of people on the queue or waiting time exceeds the foreseen expectations), besides several reports of attendance (number of passwords issued, number of no-shows, number of clients served in a period, average and maximum waiting time), and reports of individual operators (number of services, average and total time of service, mounthly comparative, number of clients served in more than X minutes, among others.
The system offers also the following features:
- Maestro Kiosk: password printer terminal with easy installation and innovative hi-tech design, built in steel plate, can be customized with the client's logo, and offers up to 16 different services (16 buttons). It has a thermal printer to supply password coupons.
- Maestro Viewer: composed of modern LCD displays that show the last 3 passwords called, and an electronic display with configurable messages, which allows to communicate institutional informations to customers.
